Ingredients

- 1 oz fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
- Club soda
- Ice cubes

Instructions
Prepare the Glass:
- If you prefer a salted rim, lightly moisten the rim of a highball glass with a lemon wedge. Dip the rim into a small plate of salt to coat evenly.
Juice the Lemon:
- Use a citrus juicer to extract fresh lemon juice from one lemon. Measure out 1 oz of lemon juice using a jigger.
Mix the Cocktail:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add 2 oz of vodka and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
