Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs 680g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 3 celery stalks sliced
  • 2 cups 480ml chicken broth
  • 1 cup 240ml heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups 240g frozen peas
  • 2 cups 250g refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade dumpling dough

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients
