  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ banana optional, for added creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for extra fiber and omega-3
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • ½ cup ice cubes


Prepare Your Ingredients:

Blend Until Smooth:
