Yummy Chicken Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup grapes halved
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped


  • Prepare Ingredients: If not already cooked, cook the chicken breast in a medium skillet until fully cooked. Let it cool, then shred.
