Baked Pesto Chicken Thighs

  • 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup basil pesto store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
